MICEbz Productions Private Limited cannot be held responsible or assume any liability for the misfortune or robbery of any individual assets of the ticket buyers or their representatives attending the event.
All payments/orders related disputes should be raised within 24 hours of the payment. No disputes related to payments/orders will be considered as valid after 24 hours of the payment.
The essential ticket/pass holder (name said on it) ought to be available alongside the ID confirmation to get the entry into the venue. Inability to create an ID verification may restrict the entry of the individual into the event.
You will be issued a e-receipt for the cash that you pay to MICEbz Productions Private Limited at the time of enrollment for an event. Please protect the Tickets / Passes from any kind of damage, tampering and alteration. If Tickets / Passes are found to be damaged, tampered or altered the organizer reserves the right to deny entry of the individual to the event.
Kindly reach the venue at least an hour before the start time of the event to avoid last minute rushes and delays in collecting tickets/passes.
The design and content on MICEbz Productions Private Limited is copyrighted and licensed, reproduction, copying and misuse of the design and content of MICEbz Productions Private Limited is a criminal offense.
All trademarks duplicated in this site which are not the property of, or authorized to, the administrator is recognized on the website.
Unauthorized utilization of this site may offer ascent to a case for damage and/or be a criminal offense.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Bengaluru, India.
The investment to participate at our events is exclusive of taxes and withholding tax if your country imposes any, both of which will be added to the invoice if applicable.
Ticket purchase is available to participants from all across the world.
“MICEbz Productions Private Limited” promotes and hosts business summits and exhibitions targeting executive level attendees across multiple industries, such as the one defined on this page (the “Event”), which the client wishes to attend as a vendor or exhibitor. The foregoing is aimed at determining the terms and conditions of “MICEbz Productions Private Limited” and the Client’s mutual commitment. The signature of the present contract bears definitive acceptation of all of its terms. In particular, the elements described in the “packages” section are not dividable and the price of this contract shall under no circumstance be adjusted downwards, were the Client to eventually decline some of the benefits of the subscribed package.
The Client and his representatives enter into an obligation to:
Communicate, within the given deadlines and in the appropriate formats, the company’s logo, profile, representatives’ bio and picture, and other elements that might be requested to promote the Client as per the package details;
Take all necessary measures to ensure its representatives’ attendance is as smooth as possible. In particular, if their participation requires them to travel from abroad to the country where the Event is held, all travel arrangements including obtaining a visa are the Client’s sole responsibility. MICEbz Productions Private Limited will assist the Client to the best of its abilities but does not endorse any responsibility in the matter
Not sub-let any part of its allocated space.
Send on site the agreed number of representative(s) who shall occupy the Client’s allocated space for the whole duration of the Event.
Not bring to the Event any radioactive, explosive or Bio Hazardous material without the prior express consent of MICEbz Productions Private Limited.
Not remove any exhibits from its space before the end of the Event.
Not remove any exhibits from its space before the end of the Event.
Not advertise in any way on the Event any other company, brand or products than its own without the prior express consent of MICEbz Productions Private Limited.
Let the allocated space in good order or to bear the costs of any restoration work.
Consider as part of the present agreement any further rule MICEbz Productions Private Limited may communicate to the Client between its signature date and the end of the Event, when the aim of such a rule is to guarantee the security and safety of the Event and its participants
In no circumstances shall MICEbz Productions Private Limited bear liability for any damage or loss which might occur to persons and/or properties during the Event, including specifically disturbances of possession and all commercial losses, unless due to MICEbz Productions Private Limited’s or its representatives’ gross negligence or misconduct. Since MICEbz Productions Private Limited’s insurance does not cover the Client, it is up to the latter to subscribe a third-party liability insurance.
In the event that MICEbz Productions postpones the event, the Client registration remains in full force and effect for the so rescheduled event. If the Client is unable to attend it, the Client will receive a 100% credit note representing payments made towards a future event by MICEbz Productions of client’s choice within 12months of the communication of such postponement.
In case of cancellation of the Event by MICEbz Productions for reasons of force majeure or because of a fact due to a third party which cannot be attributable to MICEbz Productions, a replacement event shall be organized, which must take place within twelve months after the cancelled one, at the venue, conditions and modalities chosen by MICEbz Productions
In case of cancellation of the Event by MICEbz Productions for no reason, the foregoing contract shall be unreservedly cancelled, the 100% amount already paid by the Client being refunded to the client, without being able to claim any compensation for ancillary costs or loss of opportunities.
No cancellations/refunds are entertained once the ticket is confirmed. MICEbz Productions Private Limited have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, act of God or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority. However, if the events are cancelled or postponed by the organizer, a credit note is extended to participate at any future initiative with the same deliverables listed in the agreement and as per the cancellation and refund policy of the organizer.
The invoices related to the package and agreement shall be raised upon client’s email request and advised to sign the invoice with the company seal and submit to us via email. The amount is required to pay by the due date specified in the invoice. If MICEbz Productions has to engage any cost to recover unpaid amounts such as debt collector, lawyer or court fee, these amounts shall be added to the Client’s debt.
This Contract is considered as being formed once it is signed by both parties. It is deemed to be formed in Bengaluru, India and submitted to the laws of India. Any dispute which might arise from it shall be dealt with by the competent jurisdiction in India. Both parties make their choice of residence at the address indicated in the contract and any further communication after its signature, specifically any claims from the Client, must be made in written form by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt sent to MICEbz Productions address as stated in contract.
